The funds donated to the foundation are put directly into classroom programs by:

• Purchasing new musical instruments
• Repairing the well loved and used instruments or equipment
• Purchasing classroom supplies
• Providing funds to help restore instructional programs that have been eliminated over the years due to the lack of funding
• Providing learning experiences that the students that they would not normally be able to receive.

HELP SAVE MUSIC

During these turbulent economic times, many schools districts are losing music programs. The foundation is working hard to prevent that from happening to San Leandro's public schools as our music programs already have been dramatically reduced over the years due to the lack of funding. We are working to enhance the current programs being offered by the district while enriching the learning experiences for the students. But we need your help to keep music alive and Rockin' in our schools.
